Accessibility
Statement.

Our commitment

HEXOSYS aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and continues to test and improve the accessibility of this website. Accessibility is treated as an engineering requirement, not an afterthought: every interactive feature ships with keyboard support and reduced-motion behaviour.

Testing approach

This statement is based on testing performed on 18 July 2026 against the current site build:

  • Automated audit with axe-core across representative page templates (homepage application, insights hub, article and service templates) - zero violations at the time of review
  • Keyboard-only walkthrough in a real Chromium browser: skip link, menu open on focus, Escape to close, visible focus indicators
  • prefers-reduced-motion verification: all menu, hero and port animations disabled under the preference
  • Responsive and reflow checks at 320px to 2560px widths with no horizontal scrolling, including a 200% zoom proxy at 720px

Known limitations

  • The homepage is a single-page application presenting several sections under one document; heading structure has been normalised (one h1) but section-by-section navigation with a screen reader has not yet had a formal assistive-technology audit
  • Formal testing with screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) is planned but not yet complete
  • Some decorative animations on the homepage hero are inherently visual; equivalent content is available as text throughout

Compatibility

The site is built for the last two versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on Windows, macOS, iOS and Android. No third-party scripts, trackers or embedded content are used, which removes the most common sources of accessibility regressions.
